JESUS SAVES 26'

The FIFA World Cup is one of the most unifying events on the planet, bringing together people from every nation, language, and culture. During the 2026 World Cup (June 11–July 19), more than 5 billion people are expected to engage with the tournament across 104 matches hosted in 16 cities throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Millions of fans from around the world will travel to these host cities—including the New York/New Jersey Metro Area—while billions more will tune in from home.

As the Body of Christ, we believe this is a unique opportunity to share the hope of the gospel with the nations gathered at our doorstep. That's why we are partnering with Time to Revive and V1 Church in a coordinated movement of prayer, evangelism, and outreach called *Jesus Saves '26*.

This initiative will unite believers across all 16 host cities as we pray for spiritual awakening, boldly share the love of Jesus, and believe God to move in extraordinary ways during this historic moment. Together, we are contending for lives to be transformed and for the name of Jesus to be lifted high among the nations.

Our commitment as a regional prayer hub.

As seen throughout Scripture—and especially in Psalm 96—God reveals His heart for the nations and His divine blueprint for reaching the world through both worship and missions. While laborers are sent out to proclaim the Gospel in strategic locations throughout our region, IHOPEG will serve as a regional prayer hub, hosting the presence of God through continual prayer, worship, and intercession.

In partnership with Time to Revive and V1 Church (regional host church), IHOPEG will provide spiritual covering for evangelism teams serving during the 2026 World Cup Jesus Saves '26 outreach initiative. As outreach teams engage people with the gospel in public spaces, fan zones, and gathering locations, we will stand in the place of prayer, asking the Lord to prepare hearts, open doors for meaningful conversations, release conviction and salvation, and confirm His Word with power.

WHO ARE WE INVITING TO JOIN US? 
We are inviting believers, intercessors, worship leaders, and prayer teams to join us in this assignment by committing to pray throughout the entire tournament, specifically during scheduled matches being held in our region. These meetings will feature real-time updates and prayer requests from evangelism teams on the ground, allowing us to respond immediately in prayer as ministry unfolds.

Together, we believe that prayer and evangelism are inseparable. As worship rises and intercession is offered before the Lord, we are believing for favorable conditions for the gospel to be shared and received, for divine appointments to take place, and for a harvest of souls from every tribe, tongue, and nation gathered during this historic moment.
