Leadership

Gary DePasquale

Executive Director of Eastern Gate

Gary De Pasquale is the founder and director of the International House of Prayer: Eastern Gate, an evangelical missions organization based on 24/7 prayer with worship. He has been a worship leader and pastor in New Jersey for over 15 years. He is licensed through Kingsway International and is accountable to the Eastern Gate board of trustees. Gary’s teaching ministry carries a strong desire to know God and experience Him in the beauty of His holiness that will lead believers to evangelism and missions work from the place of night-and-day prayer unto the return of Jesus. Gary’s desire is to see easy sustainable prayer break forth in every church in the region unto revival, renewal, and a great harvest.

Bernardo Felix

Director of EGSOM (Eastern Gate School of Ministry)

Pastor Bernie serves full-time on staff as a Pastor and Intercessory Missionary at the International House of Prayer - Eastern Gate. In addition to his pastoral duties of preaching, teaching & counseling marriages and families, he serves as the Eastern Gate School of Ministry Director for the EG Missions Base. In this capacity, he oversees the development and implementation of Intensives & Internship programs available here at the Eastern Gate that are offered to the local churches in the region. These concentrated and varied discipleship programs have also served as on-ramps for both full-time and part-time staff opportunities here at the Missions Base. From enrollment to graduation, and in partnership with local churches from all over the region, Pastor Bernie seeks to call forth, train, and mobilize worshipping intercessors who operate in the forerunner spirit as end-time messengers of His soon return.

Steven Nagy

Director of Partnership Development

Steven has served at IHOP:EG since graduating from the first internship in 2011 and transitioned to full-time in January 2017. In addition to assisting the missionary staff to become fully-funded, he directs Friday Night’s Encounter service and also serves as NJ coordinator for Bound4LIFE, a justice ministry dedicated to praying for the pre-born and the end of abortion. He has a passion to see people experience Father’s love and to see people pursue a life of pure religion: seeing families adopt orphans and the elderly. Of his greatest desires, Steven longs to see the Church take this back from Foster Care and MediCare and see the Spirit of adoption bring healing and restoration to communities.
